Sign a Detour to Downtown Manhattan: Douglaston Development Signs Gallery Deal

Douglaston Development has signed a 10-year, 2,656-square-foot lease with Detour Gallery at 555 West 23rd Street in West Chelsea, New York. The gallery’s new space wil be used for art exhibitions and events. The building houses 11,000 square feet of retail space which is home to Art9 Comics, Andrea Rosen Gallery, and Fredricks and Frasier Gallery.

The transaction was represented by Joshua Young from Brown Harris Stevens on behalf of the landlord while SIDO New York Real Estate acted as a tenant representative.
