Simone Development Companies recently acquired One Executive Boulevard in Yonkers and has already secured its first medical lease. The 9,409 square feet of space at the property will be occupied by SightMD, an integrated ophthalmic provider group with 40 locations across Nassau and Suffolk Counties, Manhattan, Queens, and Westchester.
The transaction was facilitated by Scott Berfas and Glenn Walsh of Newmark on behalf of SightMD. Simone Development’s leasing and legal teams handled the deal internally.
Located in the North Yonkers “Medical Mile,” One Executive Boulevard is currently undergoing renovations. President Joe Simone expressed excitement about welcoming SightMD to the property due to its central location, ample parking options, and potential for customized build-outs that cater to cutting-edge healthcare services.
