Gloucester Town Center, located in Sicklerville, New Jersey, has recently secured an $8.12 million fixed-rate mortgage loan from Citigroup. The shopping center is situated at 509-543 Berlin Cross Keys Road and boasts over 100,000 square feet of retail space with a full occupancy rate. Notable tenants include Acme Markets, Dollar Tree, Supercuts, AT&T,Pizza Hut,and Mavis Discount Tires.
