Cushman & Wakefield recently brokered a long-term lease for Sick Inc. at 150 Royall Street, a premier office property in Canton, MA. The company specializing in intelligence solutions will be relocating from Stoughton to this Class A facility. George O’Connor represented Sick Inc., while Pete Whoriskey and Rachel Igoe represented the landlord, Jumbo Capital.
Following its extensive renovation in 2004, 150 Royall Street has become a top corporate headquarters destination with state-of-the-art amenities including a full-service cafeteria, fitness center, conference center and fully furnished plug-and-play spaces.
