Shopoff Realty Investments has recently sold its fully entitled Moss Street Townhome project in Chula Vista to Shea Homes. The sale price for this 141-unit development has not been disclosed.
According to William Shopoff, President and CEO of Shopoff Realty Investments, this townhome community will be a valuable addition to the rapidly developing neighborhood of Chula Vista. It is also conveniently located less than one mile away from the $1-billion Chula Vista Bayfront Redevelopment Project.
Previously zoned for light industrial use, the 6.94-acre property at Moss Street and Industrial Boulevard in Chula Vista was successfully rezoned by Shopoff after working closely with city officials. This allowed for the development of a gated housing community featuring three-story attached townhomes on the site.
