A joint venture of The Prusik Group, BRP Companies, L+M Development Partners, Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group and Taconic Partners has announced that beauty retailer Sephora and luxury jewelry retailer Pandora will be the newest tenants at 121 W 125th Street in Harlem. Sephora is set to open its first upper Manhattan location on the ground floor in winter 2023 while Pandora will launch a 2,000-square-foot jewelry showroom during the same period. These retailers join anchor tenants Trader Joe’s and Target at this mixed-use complex featuring office space, residential apartments as well as headquarters for National Urban League and an Urban Civil Rights Museum. The project is expected to be completed by summer 2023.
