Luxury ski wear brand Bogner has signed a 3,000 square feet store lease at 755 Madison Avenue on the Upper East Side as its first retail store in the US. This marks an exciting return to Madison Avenue for Bogner, which opened its first U.S. retail location there in 1986 under Willy Jr and Sonia Bogner’s leadership.
“We are delighted to be back on Madison Avenue,” said Linda Ashman, Executive Vice President of Bogner. “It holds a special place in our hearts and we are thrilled to be part of the resurgence of this iconic avenue and New York City.”
A Colliers team led by Tom Citron represented the tenant during negotiations for this transaction..
