Sheraton Tampa Brandon Hotel Secures $20M Loan: Financing for Expansion

JLL Capital Markets arranged $20.07 million in financing for the Sheraton Tampa Brandon Hotel, a 266-key, full-service hotel located at 10221 Princess Palm Ave., Tampa, FL. Representing the borrower Linchris Hotel Corporation, JLL secured the loan through Ready Capital.

The hotel boasts 32,175 square feet of meeting and event space with an 8133 square foot ballroom that can accommodate up to 400 people as well as a full service restaurant and bar; swimming pool; fitness center; and business center. It is conveniently situated off I-75 and slightly south of I-4 – two main highway arteries connecting it to downtown Tampa – nine miles east from Downtown Tampa itself while also being 15 miles away from the nearby airport plus major theme park attractions such as Adventure Island or Busch Gardens are just nine miles away too!

Leading this transaction was JLL’s Senior Directors Amy Lousararian & Henry Schaffer along with Director Jason Skalko who successfully closed on this deal for their client Linchris Hotel Corporation .
