Located at 1924 8th St NW, the 245-unit property offers studio, one and two-bedroom units with access to amenities such as a heated pool, landscaped rooftop decks, catering kitchen and fitness center. JLL represented the seller in this transaction with Robert Jenkins and Bret Thompson leading their team.
