Shape Up Your Georgetown Mixed-Use Project

Savvy Development is making strides in the nation’s fastest-growing town with its first project on Williams Drive in Georgetown. According to Community Impact, the 24-acre site located at 4795 Williams Drive will feature multifamily housing, restaurants, retail and office space. Savvy purchased the parcel approximately a year and a half ago; since then they have sold some of it to an apartment builder and fast food restaurant. Novak Brothers plan to begin construction on their 216-unit apartment community Oct 28th while Culver’s restaurant will break ground in December.

The remaining five parcels of land are open for sale or development by Savvy itself; if they keep them, plans include more restaurants, retail and office spaces as well as other amenities yet to be determined. With this new mixed use project taking shape quickly it looks like Georgetown won’t be slowing down anytime soon!
