Bach to Rock, a youth-focused music school franchise, has secured a lease for 2,475 square feet of space at Robinson Crossing Shopping Center in Severna Park. The local franchisee owners plan to open their doors this fall at the 115,000 square-foot shopping center.
The shopping center is located at 450 Ritchie Highway and is anchored by ALDI Supermarket. With this new lease agreement, the shopping center is now 92% leased. Dominique Threatt of Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) represented the landlord while Jason Flippo of KLNB Retail represented Bach to Rock in this transaction.
This will be Bach to Rock’s first location in the greater Baltimore metropolitan region. The franchise currently operates over 50 locations across the country with three already established in Maryland – Bethesda, Fulton and Gaithersburg. Janice Hariadi will be managing store operations after spending fifteen years working with various real estate companies.
Hariadi stated that they chose Robinson Crossing as their ideal location due to its active music community and numerous schools focused on music and arts nearby.
