Mandy Lewandowski, Vice President of DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International, has been busy representing tenants and owner Welbic Investments LLC (in partnership with Speedwagon Capital Partners) in multiple lease transactions across the Chicagoland area.
According to Lewandowski, there is a high demand for industrial, office, and medical office space in Chicago’s western suburbs. In one of the largest deals this year so far, she represented Master Marketing International Inc. in their expansion into 45,240 square feet at 280 Gerzevske Lane in Carol Stream. The building is owned by Prologis and features a clear height of 25 feet and six interior docks.
