Seven Tenants Renew and Sign New Leases at New York MarketCenter

Seven leases have been recently signed at the renowned 230 Fifth Ave, also known as The New York MarketCenter Building in the Flatiron District. This specialty showroom building is currently 99% occupied and houses over 140 luxury home fashion accessory companies from all around the world.

The new tenants include:

– Taram Textiles LLC, who signed a five-year lease for a space of 3,241 square feet.
– Faze Three Limited, who leased a showroom space of 2,923 square feet for four years.
– S.L. Home Fashions Inc., who extended their lease for six more years with an additional area of10,176 square feet.
– Harper Group LLC renewed their lease for another five years with an area of3 ,022 square feet.
-Afroze Textile expanded their existing space by signing a four-year extension on top
of leasing an extra1 ,580squarefeet .
-EverGrace Home extended their current lease by another five years covering
an areaof3 ,528squarefeet .
-DirectHomeTextilesGrouprenewedtheirleaseforanotherfiveyearscoveringa totalareaof3000squarefeet .
