Visitors to the Seven Oaks Shopping Center in Crofton, MD will soon be able to enjoy handcrafted ice cream and made-to-order subs. Bruster’s Real Ice Cream and Jersey Mike’s Subs have signed leases for a 3,046 square foot pad site at 2288 Blue Water Blvd.
Bruster’s Real Ice Cream is renowned for its range of frozen treats while Jersey Mike’s Subs is known for its fresh ingredients used in their signature sandwiches. Brandon Howard of Divaris Real Estate represented the landlord in negotiations with both tenants, resulting in all inline vacancies being fully leased.
