Heikkila had previously worked at JLL from 2010 – 2019 as Vice President of multi-housing investment sales and Senior Vice President of Capital Markets before joining Institutional Property Advisors as their first Vice President of Capital Markets. From 2017 – 2022 he closed more than $2.6B worth of multi-housing financing transactions.
