Aligned Data Centers, based in Dallas, has appointed Meghan Baivier as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Former CFO Anubhav Raj will now serve as Aligned’s Chief Investment Officer (CIO). With over 23 years of experience in finance and leadership roles, Baivier brings valuable expertise to Aligned’s senior leadership team. She will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy and operations.
Ted Rohan is now Market Leader for Avison Young’s Austin office. In this position, he will focus on strengthening Avison Young’s business presence in the local region while also recruiting top talent to better serve occupiers and investors’ needs. He will also continue his work with tenant representation clients. Rohan was recently promoted to Principal after eight years with Avison Young and has a proven track record of negotiating complex deals worth over $200 million.
