KDC has announced the promotion of Eric Hage to president. Along with KDC’s Chief Investment Officer Scott Ozymy and Chief Financial Officer Mike Kaufman, Hage will now form a new Management Operating Committee responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, development projects, financial activities and transactions. Additionally, Bret Creel and David Fisk have been promoted from senior vice presidents to executive vice presidents.
