VanTrust Real Estate, LLC has announced plans to construct a build-to-suit facility for Sephora. The 746,672-square-foot building will be situated on a 61-acre site at Avon Landings Commerce Park in Avon, Indiana and is expected to serve as the company’s Midwest distribution center by summer of 2025. This marks VanTrust’s second collaboration with Sephora following the successful completion of their first project in Las Vegas.
Sephora was represented by CBRE’s Toby Mink and Andrew Morris while Pepper Construction will serve as general contractor for the project with MacGregor Architects handling architecture duties and American Structurepoint serving as civil engineer.
According to Phil Rasey, vice president of development at VanTrust, “Avon Landings offers an ideal location near Indianapolis which is a thriving market that we are committed to investing in.” He also expressed excitement over securing Sephora – one of the world’s most renowned retail brands – as their tenant for this new distribution center.
