**Sentral Expands Property Management Portfolio with New Communities in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Denver**
Sentral, a Class-A multifamily property management firm based in San Francisco and Denver, has announced the addition of three new residential communities to its growing portfolio. The new properties include Quincy in San Francisco, Reveal Playa Vista in Los Angeles, and 24Fifty at University Park in Denver.
The expansion boosts Sentral’s presence in key markets. Quincy becomes the company’s seventh property in the Bay Area, Reveal Playa Vista is its tenth in the Los Angeles region, and 24Fifty is Sentral’s second community in Denver.
Quincy, located at 555 Bryant Street in San Francisco, is a newly developed project by Strada Investment Group and is slated to open later this month.
“We’ve seen the success Sentral has had with other Class A buildings in the Bay Area with their service-first approach to building a strong community, and we knew that partnering with Sentral would bring our vision for Quincy to life,” said Will Goodman, principal at Strada Investment Group.
Reveal Playa Vista, located at 5710 Crescent Park East in Los Angeles, and 24Fifty at University Park, located at 2450 S. University Boulevard in Denver, are both backed by the same institutional ownership. With these additions, Sentral now manages a nationwide portfolio valued at more than $4 billion.
