Sentral, a residential hospitality operator, has recently announced the addition of Sentral Gaslamp Quarter to their portfolio. This luxury building offers 135 beautifully furnished apartments for any length of stay and is jointly owned by Elevate Investment Partners and ESI Ventures. Located just two blocks from Petco Park in San Diego, this will be Sentral’s first property in the city.
Opening in March, guests can expect hotel-style amenities such as valet service, an on-site food and beverage option, rooftop terrace with stunning views of the city skyline, fitness center access and a 24/7 front desk staff. The units available include studio or one-bedroom options with some featuring balconies or lofts.
