Located in Morris County’s Florham Park at 110 Park Avenue, this facility offers 128 independent living apartments, 58 assisted living units and 34 memory care suites.
Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners and furnished by StudioSix5, residents can enjoy a variety of amenities such as dining venues; salon and spa; fitness studios; movie theater; pet-friendly environment; plus life enrichment programs and events.
This new community is sure to be a success for LCS following their first successful New Jersey location in Bridgewater.
