Senior Housing Portfolio Triples in Washington State with Veda Living Management Deal

Veda Living, the management company spin-off of ETROS Management Firm, has tripled its senior housing portfolio with a 10-property management agreement in Washington state. Dallas-based Veda acquired the deal for all Greenlake Senior Living properties in Seattle and Tri-Cities areas. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Greenlake is known for providing affordable senior living options to middle market segment customers in Pacific Northwest region. CEO Amber Williams expressed her enthusiasm about this acquisition by saying “Greenlake and Veda are an ideal match due to our shared mission of creating cost effective healthcare solutions for seniors as well as our understanding on how important margin is to achieve that goal” She also added that they have significant expansion plans lined up for underserved middle market segment customers.

With this most recent addition, Veda Living now operates a total 15 properties across US including Chicago area, upstate New York and Colorado regions
