Sendero Capital and Angelo Gordon Acquire Torrington Medical Center

Sendero Capital and Angelo Gordon have recently completed the acquisition of 245 Alvord Park Rd. in Torrington, Connecticut. The property features a 37,854-square-foot ambulatory surgical center and outpatient medical building. This purchase marks the fourth addition to Sendero Capital and Angelo Gordon’s joint venture program that focuses on enhancing value for core-plus outpatient medical office and surgery center assets in the Northeastern region of the United States.

The building is currently fully occupied by various tenants such as Litchfield Hills Orthopedic and Hartford HealthCare, which has recently acquired a majority stake in Litchfield Hills Surgery Center. JLL provided advisory services to assist with this transaction through their team led by Brannan Knott, Mindy Berman, Anthony Sardo, and Landon Weaver.
