Sendero Capital and Angelo Gordon have completed the acquisition of 245 Alvord Park Rd. in Torrington, Connecticut. The property consists of a 37,854-square-foot ambulatory surgical center and outpatient medical building. This purchase marks the fourth addition to Sendero Capital and Angelo Gordon’s joint venture program that focuses on value-add and core-plus assets in the Northeastern United States.
The building is currently fully leased to multiple tenants, including Litchfield Hills Orthopedic and Hartford HealthCare who recently acquired a majority stake in the Litchfield Hills Surgery Center. JLL advised the buyers with a team led by Brannan Knott, Mindy Berman, Anthony Sardo, and Landon Weaver.
This latest transaction further solidifies Sendero Capital’s expertise in acquiring high-quality healthcare properties while also showcasing Angelo Gordon’s commitment to investing in strategic opportunities within this sector.
