SPX Flow has enlisted commercial real estate firm JLL to market Ballantyne Tower, a nine-story, 240,000-square-foot Class A office building located at 13320 Ballantyne Corporate Place in Charlotte, North Carolina. The property officially went on the market on March 19.

Ballantyne Tower boasts a range of premium amenities, including a 288-seat auditorium, multiple conference rooms, a modern fitness center, and a recently updated on-site Bistro tailored for tenant use.

According to the Triad Business Journal, Ryan Clutter, Senior Managing Director at JLL, confirmed that while there’s no official asking price, the brokerage is aiming for a sale price in the range of $72 million. The property is currently assessed at approximately $65.7 million.

Originally developed in 2011 by The Bissell Companies, the building is currently 100% leased. Notable tenants include Dentsply Sirona, Columbus McKinnon, and SERC Reliability Corporation.
