Select Event Group Relocates Corporate Headquarters to Timonium

Select Event Group has signed a lease for 4,642 square feet of office space at 9515 Deereco Road, relocating its corporate headquarters from the Laurel area to this newly upgraded office tower in the Timonium section of Baltimore County. The eight-story building spans 142,000 square feet and is owned and managed by Hill Management Services, Inc.

Andrew Beyrodt, Leasing Representative with Hill Management Services, represented the landlord in the transaction. Select Event Group, which employs more than 450 people across several branch offices in Maryland and Virginia, is the latest company to relocate as part of a broader trend among tenants prioritizing higher-quality workspaces.

Hill Management Services has implemented a comprehensive building improvement strategy at 9515 Deereco Road. Enhancements include a renovated lobby, a new tenant lounge, a modern fitness center, upgraded restrooms with showers, a 20-person conference room, and improvements to the building’s security/reception desk and elevator systems.

“Select Event Group’s move to 9515 Deereco represents another example of the flight-to-quality movement occurring among commercial office tenants,” stated Danielle Beyrodt, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hill Management Services.
