Seefried Properties Starts Building Two Specialty Facilities

Seefried Properties, a privately held real estate firm specializing in the development, leasing and management of industrial properties, recently broke ground on a new two-building speculative development in Elgin, Illinois. Harris Architects is serving as the architect of record while FCL Builders acts as general contractor and Spaceco is civil engineer for this Class A campus. Jason West and Doug Pilcher of Cushman & Wakefield are leading leasing and marketing efforts on the project which will deliver 465,360 square feet by Q3 2024.
Located at the southeast corner of Madeline Road and Alft Lane in Kane County with 464 360 sq ft split between two buildings (320 946 sq ft first building; 144 414 second building), Seefried’s new spec facility offers proximity to 3.8 million people within 30 miles radius due to its one mile distance from I90/Randall Road four-way interchange.
