**Seefried, Clarion Acquire $46.25M Industrial Site in Orlando for Logistics Center Development**

Seefried Industrial Properties, in partnership with Clarion Partners, has acquired a prime infill industrial development site in South Orlando. The 168.3-acre property, located on Wetherbee Road near Orlando International Airport, was purchased from the Orlando Utilities Commission for $46.25 million.

The new development, named the Orlando Infill Logistics Center, will be a major industrial project aimed at meeting growing demand in the Greater Orlando market. Clarion Partners will serve as the equity partner, while Seefried will lead the site’s development.

Representing the seller in the transaction were Joe Rossi, Lee Morris, Jeff Morris, and Bret Felberg of Colliers. Seefried represented itself in the acquisition.

“The park’s flexibility for both speculative and build-to-suit development makes it an exceptional long-term opportunity,” said Clay Thompson of Seefried.

The project plans call for the construction of up to 1.5 million square feet of industrial space across a maximum of nine buildings. Multiple configurations are being considered, with individual building sizes ranging from 69,300 square feet to as much as 1.2 million square feet. Construction is expected to commence in early 2026.
