Sedesco has acquired an office building in Midtown Manhattan for $77.5 million in a fee-simple interest transaction from a private family. Located at 37 West 57th Street, the 13-story, 80,000-square-foot building sits two blocks from Central Park along New York City’s Billionaires’ Row. Hodges Ward Elliott represented the seller with Anthony Ledesma, Paul Gillen and Allie Boyan leading the team while Josh Augenbaum of Augenbaum Realty represented the buyer.
