Securityhunter, Inc., a security solutions provider to the federal government, is relocating its corporate headquarters to Windsor Corporate Park in Baltimore County. The company will move nearly 100 employees to the business community as part of the headquarters relocation, consolidating its operations into a new flex and research and development environment.
The firm has committed to a lease for 27,120 square feet at 2520 Lord Baltimore Drive within Windsor Corporate Park. The space is designated for flex and R&D use, aligning with Securityhunter’s federal security-focused operations. The relocation is scheduled for completion this summer, marking a timeline for the company to be fully operational in its new headquarters in the coming months.
St. John Properties is the landlord at Windsor Corporate Park and also maintains its corporate headquarters within the same business community. Leasing Representative Claire Metz of St. John Properties represented the landlord in the transaction. On the tenant side, Kevin Adams and Nathan Adams of Metropolitan Real Estate Services represented Securityhunter in negotiating the lease for its new headquarters space.
Windsor Corporate Park is described as an 86-acre mixed-use business community positioned at the intersection of Windsor Boulevard and Lord Baltimore Drive. The park consists of 12 buildings totaling nearly 450,000 square feet of commercial office, flex/R&D, and retail space. The presence of multiple property types within the campus provides a diversified commercial environment for tenants operating in different sectors, including corporate users such as Securityhunter.
The park is located approximately two miles from Interstate 695 and seven miles from Interstate 95, providing regional highway connectivity for employees, clients, and vendors. It is situated about nine miles from downtown Baltimore, offering access to the urban core while retaining a suburban business park setting. In addition, Windsor Corporate Park is just over 10 miles from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), which may support travel and logistics needs for tenants with regional or national operations.
By relocating its headquarters to Windsor Corporate Park, Securityhunter is aligning its operations with a campus that combines office and flex/R&D product types and that also serves as the base for St. John Properties’ own corporate offices. The new lease increases the park’s occupancy with a federal-oriented security tenant and underscores ongoing tenant demand for flexible, multi-use commercial space in Baltimore County’s established business parks.
