Securing $190M in Financing: Western Boston Lifestyle Center

Western Boston’s Legacy Place, a 675,000-square-foot lifestyle center anchored by Whole Foods, Apple, L.L. Bean and Showcase Cinemas underwent renovations in 2020 and 2022 to feature retailers like Nike, Athleta and Sephora. JLL’s retail capital markets debt advisory team recently secured $190 million in refinancing for the property led by Wells Fargo and Truist as part of a two-bank syndicate with Brett Paulsrud leading the team alongside Henry Schaffer and Hugh Doherty.
