Cushman & Wakefield represented landlord Securian Financial in leasing 33,690 square feet at 400 Roberts Street N. to Redpath and Company for its new headquarters location in Minnesota. The relocation keeps the locally based CPA firm headquartered Downtown St Paul, within the Fitwell 1-Star rated building that offers access to area restaurants and retail amenities.
