Secure Office Space for Rent in Aurora, CO

Denver-based developer Koelbel and Company is set to break ground later this year on Innovus, a 200,000-square-foot four story office building located in Aurora at the southwest of East Sixth Avenue and North Valdai Street. The budget for Innovus is over $100 million with its primary focus being high security spaces catering specifically to tenants within the defense industry such as Department of Defense contractors, aerospace companies and cybersecurity firms. This project will be part of Denver’s Plan West mixed used development called Aurora One which seeks to capitalize on the buildings proximity to Buckley Space Force Base in Aurora. DeNovo Solutions has partnered with Koelbel for this endeavor according to reports from The Denver Business Journal.
