Fortune 500 fastener distributor, Fastenal Company, has signed a 7,100-square-foot long-term warehouse lease at 1448 Ferris Place in the Bronx, NY. The street level property underwent renovations in 2015 and boasts exceptional features with convenient access to multiple transportation options. Josh Gopan and Jeremy Schwartz of Simone Development represented ownership while Mathew Diana of DY Realty repped Fastenal Company.
