Stream Realty Partners has taken over the leasing and property management services for a premier West Loop office building in Chicago, 525 W. Van Buren. Boston-based AEW Capital Management chose Stream to lease and manage the 16-story, Class A building which spans 521,604 square feet. Matt Lerner and Andrea Saewitz of Stream’s Chicago Executive Vice Presidents team will serve as leasing agents while Victoria Knudson (Leader of Industrial Property Management) and Tim Gilbertsen (Vice President) provide world-class property management services.
