Secure Lease Extension and New Tenant at 355 Lexington with Rudin

Rudin has secured two new leases totaling 22,843 square feet at 355 Lexington Ave., its boutique office tower in Midtown Manhattan’s Grand Central district. ADCO Electrical Corporation, a renowned electrical contractor, finalized a 10-year lease renewal and expansion covering 14,446 square feet. The company is relocating from its current 8,500-square-foot space. Additionally B6 Real Estate Advisors signed a five-year lease for an 8,397 square foot pre-built suite to relocate their headquarters to the building.

“We are thrilled to extend our long term relationship with ADCO and welcome B6 who was the perfect fit for our successful pre built office suite program,” said Michael Rudin EVP of Rudin Management Company Inc.. Bill Montana of Savills represented B6 while Robert Steinman SVP at Rudin represented building ownership in both transactions.
