Third & Urban, a mixed-use developer, has secured $64.5 million to construct Residences at The Pass in Charlotte’s NoDa Arts District. This 335-unit multifamily project is being integrated into a multi-phased mixed-use development called The Pass which will encompass 260,000 square feet of office and retail space. Opening this fall, the first phase features 80,000 square feet of retail entertainment and offices while preserving the character of existing warehouse buildings with new construction to create a walkable district.
Blueprint Local serves as primary capital partner for the project with CrossHarbor Capital Partners acting as lender for its multifamily component; Niles Bolton are architects; Thomas & Hutton are civil engineers; NRP Group serve as general contractor; Foundry Commercial handle office leasing within commercial components and Thrift Commercial Real Estate lead retail leasing efforts.
