Secure Financing: Cushman & Wakefield Arrange Sale & Acquisition of Industrial Asset in the Booming Tampa Airport Area

Cushman & Wakefield, a real estate services firm, has successfully arranged the sale of 4908 Tampa West – an industrial property in Tampa’s Airport submarket. The 214,806-square-foot building was sold for $22.95 million or $107 per square foot. Rick Brugge, Mike Davis, Rick Colon and Dominic Montazemi from Cushman & Wakefield represented seller Robert Curran from Tryumph LLC with support from Chloe Strada throughout the transaction process. Jason Hochman and Ron Granite of Cushman & Wakefield secured acquisition financing worth $15.1 million through a national insurance company on behalf of buyer IP Capital Partners as well.

The future holds great potential for 4908 Tampa West as it will be one of only five buildings in the submarket to have more than 30-foot clear heights when completed; there is also opportunity to add another 100K square feet building on excess paved land located at this site too! Additionally due to its proximity to both Interstate 275 and 4 along with being close by Tampa International Airport makes this property highly accessible too!
