BWE has arranged acquisition financing for The Beacon, a 456-bed student housing community near Kennesaw State University in Marietta, GA. Chris Carroll and Max Miller of BWE’s Chicago office originated the loan on behalf of Campus Realty Advisors.

The 158-unit complex is located just half a mile from KSU’s Marietta campus at 315 Freys Gin Road and opened in time for fall semester 2022 already fully leased through 2023/2024 academic year.
