Colliers’ Jonathon Connor and Steve Kling have arranged a 15,129-square-foot headquarters lease with Hampton, Lenzini & Renwick at Fisher Corporate Center located at 1707 N. Randall Road in Elgin on behalf of ownership. David Rogers with RVG Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant in this transaction.
The firm is expanding its presence in the western suburb by moving its executive team and office functions from 380 Shepard Drive to the new space while continuing to use their former building as a field office.
