Secure $90M Refinancing for Williamsburg Mixed-Use Property with JV

A joint venture between Aurora Capital Associates, Midtown Equities, and ACHS Management has secured a $90 million refinancing for 240 Bedford Avenue – an 181,000-square-foot Class-A mixed-use property in Williamsburg. Apollo Global Management provided the financing.

Located at the corner of North 4th Street & Bedford Avenue, 240 Bedford is a retail hub with tenants such as Whole Foods Market®, Equinox®, and Citibank®. The property boasts 176 feet of frontage on Bedford Avenue and has Weighted Average Lease Term (WALT) exceeding 12 years.
Newmark arranged the deal with Dustin Stolly leading their team alongside Jordan Roeschlaub, Benjamin Kroll, and Alexander Saslove.

This successful refinancing further cements Williamsburg’s reputation as one of New York City’s most desirable neighborhoods to live in or invest in real estate assets within its boundaries
