Secure $3M Seed Funding for Integrated Projects

Integrated Projects, a provider of digitization services for building owners and design professionals, has raised $3 million in seed funding to expand the capacity of its Integrated Projects Exchange (IPX) platform. The funds will be used to increase IPX’s building digitization capacity from six to 60 buildings per day.

The seed round was led by 186 Ventures and joined by Founder Collective, Connexa Capital, and Four Acres Capital as well as investments from real estate executives and institutional landlords including JLL, Newmark Atlantic Management and The Fallon Company.

IPX helps building owners digitally capture their assets using 3D scanning technology which brings them online quickly. “IPX’s platform is a game changer for real estate asset management,” said Michael Fallon CEO of The Fallon Company “Its proprietary 3D technology addresses an acute industry need providing all stakeholders with real-time access to critical information.”
