BHI has provided a $29.25 million loan to ZDJ Jamaica LLC for the construction of a seven-story mixed-use development in Queens, located at 138-45 Jamaica Avenue. The project will feature 81 residential units, retail space, and on-site parking with 30% of the units designated as affordable housing.
