Pennsylvania-based restaurant and convenience store operator, Sheetz Inc., has recently leased a nearly three-acre parcel from Hill Management Services Inc. in Harford County, Maryland. The company plans to open its second location in the area.
The site is located next to Five43 Apartments, an 184-unit multifamily community developed by Peak Management LLC (an affiliate of Hill Management). Tom Fidler and Danielle Bridge of Hill Management Services represented the landlord while Joe Mekulski and Copper Henry of KLNB represented Sheetz.
Sheetz currently operates 38 locations in Maryland and opened its first store in Prince George’s County earlier this summer. The new location will be their second one in Harford County alongside their existing site in Joppatowne. It is expected to open by summer 2025.
According to Danielle Beyrodt, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Hill Management Services, this new high-traffic location offers great potential for growth as it is situated within a fast-growing section of Harford County with almost 200 multifamily units nearby as potential customers.
