Focus, in collaboration with development partner Atlantic Residential and property owner Centennial, has launched the second phase of the transformational redevelopment underway at Fox Valley in Aurora, Illinois. This three-story shopping center will feature a 323-unit luxury apartment community and a 212-unit senior housing development; both are expected to be completed by fall 2025.
In June 2023, Phase 1 was finished with Lumen – a 304-unit luxury apartment community built on the site of the shopping center’s former Carson’s store. The new Phase 2 Fox Valley apartments offer state-of-the art amenities such as scenic park and green space, dog park plus unique outdoor co working spaces for residents to enjoy. Additionally there is also five story senior living center situated between Lumen and these new apartments .
