Rubenstein Partners has recently signed a 10-year lease with Pura Vida Miami, a popular all-day café and wellness brand based in Miami. The lease is for 4,089 square feet of space at their mixed-use building, 25 Kent, located in the vibrant neighborhood of Williamsburg in Brooklyn. This will be Pura Vida’s second location in New York City after opening their first one last month in Manhattan’s NoMad area.
Pura Vida was founded by husband-and-wife duo Omer and Jen Horev back in 2012 and currently has over 20 locations across South Florida. With this new addition to the building’s tenant base, Joe Zuber (regional director for NY Metro & New England at Rubenstein Partners) believes that it will bring a healthy lifestyle-focused food and beverage offering to the already creative ecosystem being fostered within the building. He also notes that this will be one of Pura Vida’s first locations outside of Florida.
Both Rubenstein Partners and Pura Vida were represented by teams from Newmark during negotiations for this lease agreement. According to Zuber, with its prime location, stunning views, and access to the ever-evolving Williamsburg community, the space at25 Kent is an ideal spot forPuravVidato expand its reach beyondFlorida.
