"Second DFW Facility Chosen for Vertical Cold Storage"

Platform Ventures, a subsidiary of Platform Holdings, has recently acquired a 400,000-square-foot cold storage facility in Burleson. According to the Dallas Business Journal, the unit was built at a cost of $50 million. Vertical Cold Storage (a division of Platform Ventures) already operates another location in DFW and made this acquisition to enhance its storage capacity for clients.

Located near I-35 with an average clear height of 55 feet and equipped with 53 dock doors, this property offers multiple rooms that can be converted to -20 degrees Fahrenheit. The new warehouse is expected to create job opportunities for up to 70 full-time employees.

The development project was undertaken by Yukon Ventures from Austin and Saxum Real Estate from Summit, New Jersey as part of their joint venture.

Established in 2020, Vertical Cold Storage currently has facilities across Texas as well as Illinois,Nebreska,North Carolina ,Florida,and Indiana; along with an ongoing project in Kansas City.

With assets worth over $3.1 billion under management ,Platform ventures continues its growth trajectory .
