MMCC, a leading commercial real estate capital firm, has announced the addition of Tiana Jackson as Director of Capital Markets for their Seattle office. With almost 20 years of experience in the industry, Jackson brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.
In this position, she will be responsible for securing financing for various property types including multifamily, retail, industrial and hospitality. Her extensive network with local and national funding sources such as commercial banks and life insurance companies will allow MMCC to offer clients competitive terms in the market.
Reporting directly to John Manning , Senior Vice President and Head of Production for MMCC’s Western Region , Jackson will work closely with Raymond Allen , Senior Vice President at IPA Capital Markets . “Her strong relationships with lenders and ability to find creative financing solutions make her an invaluable asset,” said Manning.
Prior to joining MMCC, Jackson spent over a decade at Luther Burbank Savings where she originated loans for multifamily properties as well as mixed-use developments. The expansion into Seattle is just one example of MMCC’s commitment to providing top-notch services across all regions they serve.
