"Seattle Restaurant Now Open for Regenerative Chicken Sandwich Chain"

Mt. Joy, a sustainable chicken sandwich chain, is expanding its reach with the opening of its first brick-and-mortar location in Seattle’s bustling Capitol Hill area. The restaurant, located at 1530 11th Avenue, will offer a menu featuring fried chicken sandwiches and tenders as well as French fries and milkshakes.

The brainchild of CEO Robbie Cape (former CEO and co-founder of health tech startup 98point6) and renowned restauranteur Ethan Stowell, Mt. Joy aims to combat climate change by supporting sustainable agriculture through their sourcing practices.

In line with this mission, Mt. Joy exclusively uses pasture-raised chickens for their sandwiches – providing even more space for the birds to roam compared to standard “free-range” options. Additionally, the company prides itself on using ingredients from just four states – making up 90% of their overall supply.

With this latest expansion into Seattle’s food scene under way for Mt.Joy , customers can expect an expertly crafted culinary experience that not only satisfies cravings but also supports environmentally friendly practices.
