Jordan Louie has recently joined CBRE as the senior vice president at their Seattle office. With a specialization in the sale and valuation of multifamily properties and development sites, he brings valuable expertise to the team.
According to CBRE Research, occupancy rates in the Puget Sound multifamily market have remained stable at 94.4%. The first quarter of 2024 saw positive demand and a slight increase in rent due to fewer new units being delivered compared to Q4 of 2023.
John R. Miller, executive managing director for Pacific Northwest and market leader for Greater Seattle region, stated that Jordan’s knowledge and connections within the mid-market sector will complement their team of multifamily experts in this region. This will also allow clients to take advantage of CBRE’s unparalleled global platform.
Prior to joining CBRE, Louie served as a senior director at JLL Capital Markets where he represented owners during property sales or development site disposition processes. He also worked with Seattle Bank where his responsibilities included underwriting new loans while mitigating risk across portfolios.
